It's really good, nice blending and so on. A couple things you could do to make it perfect would be to raise the hairline a bit, thicken the goatee on his chin, and then add the facial scruff on his cheeks. If you change that stuff, it'll be perfect.

I can raise the hairline. But the pic I used for it with the beard/goatee you described and can see in prev is an old one, but I used because it is good. He now has a different style of a goatee. Very thin. Perhaps I find a pic to show you

I agree with Shane; that seems to be the problem with a lot of the patches that are posted, they are good but the face is usually too smooth and the detail blended away. That Oil of Olay/Mach 4 look is not for everyone. 
Nice work on the rest, you definitly picked the right head shape though and overall a good patch.

That's somehow crazy. Okulaja was in the Spurs' camp some years ago. And I know him saying he will only go to a training camp again if they will sign him...
