KOBE SUX!!!

Postby frontspin on Tue Jun 10, 2003 11:36 am

How can u guys like Kobe? Sure, im cheering for the lakers this year and the last couple of years, but damn kobe fucked up the series by getting his ass rejected as many times as yao ming would to mugsy bogues. Instead, kobe could've dumped the ball down to SHAQ and get some ez triple doubles and win the damn championship... but NO!!! Anywayz, my point is, Kobe will NEVER be as good as JORDAN, never ever gonna be better than jordan, but more likely to turn out some famous bball player with a black mark in his name. Plus, we'll see if kobe can lead the lakers to the finals like MJ did b4; sure he had Scottie, but if u guys read the article in SLAM 62 on Pip, u would understand y scottie is a non factor in JORDAN'S dynasty, and plus Rodman does not chase MJ's shots, MJ never misses alot of shots, plus SHAQ is WAY better than rodman and scottie combined, so if I'm not mistaken, KOBE should've added his 4th ring to his already ball hogging selfish hand!

Generally posting in 7 month old topics is not done, and this is also the nba live section, not real basketball.

NBA Live is made for emulating the real damn thing!

Postby frontspin on Wed Jun 11, 2003 10:28 am

I thought EA Sport's main objective was to make a sports game that emulates the real stuff into a game for us to enjoy, and u should consider Marbury's performance too. New Jersey was real lucky they manage to get Kidd, and two straight Finals in a row, damn, marbury must and will be crying if the Nets win the championship. Oh, and if Kobe's god, Jordans full proof that God has a Father too.

And it is, but posting about things that have to do with the nba, or opinions about the nba, are done in the nba section. If you want to post in the nba live section post something about nba live.

...MJ never misses alot of shots...
errr..., don't mean to be all bitchy or anything, but MJ avraged 49,7 % throughout his career... that's less than half of all his 24,537 (:)) shots. that ain't too good...

Are u outta ya mind man? 49.7% is insanely high for a sg, for a center or pf it could be a lil' higher but hell man, look at iverson or kobe or t-mac, they aint gonna average that percentage over their careers i believe

like u said, a few :) , there aren't many who can do that, and most of them are terrific players, but did their team depend so much on it as the bulls depended on jordan?

Yeah almost 50% for a Guard is Insanely high... Plus he shot like 30 shots a game...

Centers are the only ones who average above 50% or other players who rarely shoot.
PF manage up there.

Richard Jefferson must have got lucky;)

well, andreas, i was bored today, so i was browsing thru the forum and checked out this topic again, and YEA COLIN, I AM AWARE OF THE DATE, but still this is to u a.dahl
Career 914 903 38.6 .506 .333 .839 1.7 4.6 6.3 5.4 2.48 0.90 31.5
that was his stats when he retired in 98, and:
86-87 Chi 82 82 40.0 .482 .182 .857 2.0 3.2 5.2 4.6 2.88 1.52 37.1
that was his stat line for that amazing season, and plus, one thing i dont get, how come mj's 3pt 77 when his fg is 99, i mean, just one feet doesnt really make such a BIG difference does it?
