Hey Danet,
I'm having troubles with making a cyberface...would you mind helping? I've read your tutorial through a couple of times...i've read the Custom art guide at NLSC...It's all well and good for somebody that wants to replace a cyberface...what if you want to make one for a missing player?
I'm making LeBron James...i've done most of the stuff that there is to do..editing the .fsh, created the folder in xplayer yada yada yada...but it wont show up in the game...
I think it's got something to do with editing something in a DBF editor of somesort...would the Live 01 toolkit do? if so, what do i edit...thanks...

it would be better for most of us, if we have a automatic installation like the patches for nba 2001

You need to edit the players.dbf file and change the following things for Lebron James:

PLAYERPKG = lejames
ISCREATED = F
FACEPATCH = F

Yes, it would make distributing patches a lot easier if we could use BLOTCH to automatically update the DBF files. It's probably a little too much to ask Brien to update both EA Graph and BLOTCH at the same time (since both programs are maintained by him).

ooohhh....change it to False...i thought you were meant to change it to True...well i must've miss read something somewhere...now i get it...Would it work if i used the 2k1 toolkit?

Alos...enabling custom art 1 is a real bitch...it takes about 5 minutes to load into the menu and about 5 to load into a game...will it be like this forever?
