problem in downloads server

when i try to dl any roster in the file server it goes page cannot be displayed so hopefully andrew can fix it

yea the servers are down cuz of bandwidth retrictions...

Well, there's not a lot I can do to fix the situation, since Geocities enforce bandwidth restrictions, so any patches that are hosted there will experience some downtime.
