Looking good so far...
I think you got the headshape right...and I like the hair. I think the mouth needs a little bit more work...try manipulating his lips to close his mouth so it matches the headshape you chose a bit better.

The patch looks good, you seem to have captured his look very well, but the quality of the screen is really poor... could you send me that patch to kq@argentina.com (my alternate email - more space!) or tell me where I could download it, so I can test it at home and take a closer look at the patch?
