Changing resolution for Main Menu

is it possible to change the resolution for the Main Screen (NOT IN GAME)? For example 1024x768. Cuz it seems the only resolution for menus is 640x480 and its kindaa hard for Franchise mode especial since everything is so huge on my 20 inch monitor. Thanks in advance.
