NCAA 2003 Conversion Patch!!!

Alright, I love NBA Live 2003 and I know at some point there was an amazing .bat file convertor thing that converted NBA to NCAA and it was really really nice. Now I can't find it ANYWHERE on the internet!!! PLEASE tell me where I can get the NBA Live 2003 NCAA patch!!!

does anyone have a good ncaa patch for this game. I like the nba teams and all but I think ncaa is better and they don't have an ncaa game for the pc.
