editing o=.o files

can someone please tell how can i edit these files ?
i've downloaded Oedit and it doesn't work...

If you're trying to edit headshapes, they cannot be modified with OEdit (or any other utility as far as we know).

So do I give a player a new headshape ?
I just have to copy from a existed player ??
