How can I make my own custom jerseys?

I checked out the tutorial done on someone's site, I think it was JBpatches. It confused me more than I already was. I have Bitmaps of some jerseys that I tweaked a bit (added Nike logos, etc.) but I have no idea how to incorporate them back into the jersey FSH file that I got them from and also can't figure out how to save them. Can someone help me please? I'm using EA Graphics Editor. Thanks in advance.
