Game clock speed

Hello,
My main gripe about the game is the excruciatingly slow speed of the game clock. Add to that the amazingly fast game speed and you've got 180 to 200 points per 48 minutes per team.
Is there a way to modify the game clock speed in NBA Live 2003 for PC? I've noticed that they're significantly slower than the normal clock speed.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
