ROOKIE STATS IN FRANCISE!!! HELPPPPPP!!!!

How come when i create rookies they get to score high averages on Franchise season simulation.
and when i try pumping up a vets Fg rating like
e.g. kwame brown - FG 89...he scores his usual 8+ppgs!!


THE ROOKIES on the other hand....
for example
TJ ford FG rating - 77 and he scores 15+PPGs!!

Chris kaman Blocking - 77 and he block 2+BPG on franchise simulation

my rookies usually have low overall ratings and yet they get to play like all stars!

Is there a way i can make a realistic outcome....

I use database commande.r..where do i make adjustments??

will they be using this d-stats in live 2004, or are the yfinally gonna bring in some good player development features.
personally i think they should use nba 2k3 development type.
