How to change Team Intro Speech???

Hey it's been a while! I have a serous question and I know this can be done... How to change the teams introduction ( when they enter the arena the speaker says let's hear it for your Atlanta Hawks for example) so that either delete this audio completely or change it?? How do I do that???
