CPU Letting you win?

Postby malice_05 on Fri Jul 11, 2003 1:31 pm

Y'all ever felt like the CPU is letting you win at times?
I was playing the Lakers with 76ers and they usually kill me, but it was like they weren't even "trying" and I beat them by 12.
Just wondering if y'all ever felt like the CPU was letting you win. Not because you were too good.
Another example is like if the game is tied throughout the entire match, and then in the fourth or third q it's like the CPU isn't trying. TO's everywhere, FG % down, no rebounds. Maybe it is to make it seem more realistic because some teams do play like that at times (Toronto Raptors).

I can't say I've ever felt that was the case. In my experience the CPU always tries to make a comeback, even if they're down by 20 or more.

lol, they know you suck.
prob saying 'this bastard needs to sell this game and stick to double dribble on LCD hand held games'.
 j/k

But i kinda think thats cool if that happens. Some teams have bad games, shots just dont fall, turnovers just happen, sweet. as long as it dont happen to often, be happy you get a easy win to get you closer to the playoffs.
BUT if that does happen in the playoffs and final
