Number on CD

Ok, Here's what I want to do, I want to find the Chicago Bulls number files, for their red away Jerseys on the Main Live 2003 CD...But I can't find 'em anywhere on their? Anyobody know where they are, and do I need some special tool to extract them or something?

all the fsh and viv files are in a big zip under the main directory, if I remember right.
