Dorna - Opacity - Please Help!

Hi there,
long time since my last post...however...
I'm working on the dorna files for our mod BBL Live 2003 (German Basketball League) at the moment and I'd like to include those black banners in order to show some individual banners of the court files.
Well, but I'm not able to get the banner transparent. I know the color has to be 0,0,0 and I've everything done right, not in another way than with normal files. Can anyone help me out here? The format is BMP 24 - RGB 96. Thanks.
