Controller configuration! Changing Button-bindings!!!

I wonder if it´s possible to change these button-bindings. I´m really kind of pissed because they made this damn button thing. I like to decide it on my own which button belongs to which command. The bindings they implemented are horrible...i like shooting and rebounding, passing and stealing, cross-over and switch player...

I tried to change the bindings in the controller file in the own files folder...don´t know the exact name...here in germany it is "Eigene Dateien" But it really doesn´t take the effect i wanted to. So...come on guys...this must be possible in an .ini file or something like that...or did EA that because of taking in and out features to sell the upcoming versions of their games? Hopefully i´m wrong with that.

Got an idea or a solution? Tell me!

Forgotten one thing: i used the search button, but no satisfying answer was given!

I was able to modify the pre-sets for the controller settings. I'm at work right now so I can't tell you EXACTLY how I did it, but it was under the Configure Controller option. After I customized, I was able to save it as another preset option. The only downside (and it's a minimal one) is that you have to re-select the controller profile every time you play.

That´s not really a downside for me...sounds great...if you can manage it the game will be so much more fun for me...playing for years like that isn´t easy to change! Tell me more about it...i´ll try it on my own now...would be great if it works!

Same promblem here!! I've tried editing all the files ect,, but I can't get anything to work. Can someone tell me what exact files we got to edit?/
