Will all the changes apply if I change MUSCLETEXT, HAIRTYPE, EYECOLOR, BODYTYPE and all that good stuff in a DBF editing program because some of the rookies dont look to good...?

Yes, you can edit those features with a DBF editor. You can even change a rookie's face by editing the six letter created PLAYERPKG value.

Using the Toolkit or DB Commander, you can edit pretty much anything you want in Franchise Mode, as long as you know how (an appropriate juncture for another cheap plug of my Players.dbf Editing Guide :)).
