Is there a tool that you could edit someone's ratings while in season(franchise)? Because some of the generated rookies the cpu made I changed to upcoming rookies but doing their ratings in DB Commander is HARD! Can you help me out?

In addition to that excellent guide (:wink:), you can also use one of the NBA Live 2003 Toolkits. You can also use one of the NBA Live 2001 Toolkits, though you won't be able to edit the new fields in the Live 2003 DBF files.
