-Fixed some lineups (Greece, Lithuania, USA).
-Fixed some jersey colors (Latvia, Slovenia).
-Added players' birth dates (or at least birth years).
-Added all Basketball Federations to teaminfo.dbf.
-Completely reordered the database for easier editing.
