NBA Live Clipz open for Business!

Postby Cameron on Sat May 24, 2003 12:57 am

Hey, the great Larry and I have made a new site called NBA Live Clipz! (It is part of the Qweet network.) WE are finallizing movie tutorial, file size and type restrictions, and submition routines. Please do not go and send me your movies yet. We are figuring out how we will work that as we speak.

There are 2 sample movies on there that I made, one is a small clip of 3 foot vince (lousy) and the other is a collection of clips with music, its kind of big i think so only peple with DSL will probably want to download it.
( The links to those 2 clips will be on the site soon; I've uploaded the movies, now its up to Larry to add the links)

So keep an eyye out there, and pretty soon I hope we will have a great movie community! :D

See you there!

Looking good so far Qweet.

I wouldn't get involved in this myself though because of the extreme file sizes my poor little 56k modem would be taking. :(

Oh well, best a luck. ;)

Actually Nick, you can make movies fairly small by lowering the quality... Don't rule yourself out yet!

Hey, I'll probably upload the links to those 2 movies today, and maybe start working on the tutorial. Its actually quite easy to make movies, especially when you have windows movie maker (2 for xp). Anyhoo, I'm getting off topic here, but check the site today for those 2 movies if you like and keep voting above.

BTW its nice too see that the majority of the votes are "yeses" and "maybes" :D

Hey, sorry I never uploaded the movies page

Well if you want some example movies i was screwing around with, check out the site now. I uploaded 2 of them.

If I don't write the tutorial today I will try and write it when I get back from my trip on Wednesday.

Happy viewing!

I'd love to make a few videos..sounds good. I tried doing it with movie maker myself but it says that you need 3rd party device for it.
