All the speculations about this are true. Below i've posted a link from where you can confirm this. If this deal goes down Sega might start making 2k3 for PC which will be a huge upgrade from the crap EA does for us now with their NBA Series.

It doesnt really make a difference for me who the platform is....I just want a good Basketball sim....Ea, Sega who cares....Hopefully NBA Live 2004 is made according to our wishlists...and is a sim...I'll be happy with that...
