tweak rookies in franchise mode?

hey everyone, i wanna tweak the rookies in the 2nd franchise season, but i don't know how to do that! I got the tweaks from Andrew (e.g. FG *.50, Steal *.20, Quick. *.95) but unfortunatley i don't know how to manage it with zip break's utility! Is it possible to use this utility with these tweaks or do i have to use another tool?

yeah man if u give me ur email i can email you a good one tk3 tool or something i got it from some post cat re. but its good, you can jst choose to add the changes to jst the rookies. i found that for franchise you shoul jst remeber your prameters and at the end of a post season re edit your ratings so they are back to normal then proceed thru the offseason. once back in the regular season edit the ratings with your parameters.
