Download or create a patch using something like photoshop, open it in EAGE, and save it as prxx.fsh (with a label of 'buni') in main nba live 2003 folder\render\xplayer\chwebbe (you will have to create the last two files)

you change the color with the transparent paint to what you want, then you copy and paste images you want on the jerseys into the jersey, and use the history brush (at least that's what I use with photoshop) to get rid of any part of it you don't want.
