i wanted to send my sad apololgies for my absences to all my friends here, in nbalive.org and NBA communities.
it has been a difficult time for my family of late. my mom recently passed away after a very intensive and trying illness. she was in the hospital for so many weeks on a life support machine barely surviving. it was and still is a very sorrowful and sad time. i thought i knew death, but i never had to face it like this before. i wish things could have been different, and mother was still here with us. i miss her greatly, and still in shok and awwe about all that happened.
but i wanted to let you know i have begun slowly working on finishing up some the old nba stuff that was underway before. my mind still reels from the loss and memories, but learning, teaching, and creating are always the best cure for tomorrow.
from what i remember, there are a few projects underway that would be good to finish and release for public.
1 - a "new" very alpha version of the FSHTweeker program seems to work ok (for current platforms). this program helps to adjust the jersey lettering and numbering position of the NBA Live 2003 jersey graphic files. it can also be used on other FSH files (probably). i would like some additional testers of this program if there are any that are interested. send to
nba2kstuff@GameBox.Net
if you are interested in testing it. it is kind of buggy but should work sufficientely (?)
here is some info about it here:

2 - the custom team manager 2k3 is pretty much done also i think. last issue of teamcode options to be resolved from the testers and this should be ready i think also.
3 - the historic project seems to be working well ok now also. the installation is finally done in alpha and is ready for testers to look at. this contains rosters, faces, jerseys, & logos (so far) for many years is 70s-80s, and last decade rosters as well 88-current. the developement releases of this are pretty big right now . it should be ready soon for testers to look at to fish out the discrepancies.
there may be some other things in the works if time permits.
good to see the continued developements at nbalive, nlsc, and elsewhere for the evolution of the EA Sports line products!
good job everyone!
and very much thanks to the current developers, artists, and testers!! hope we can finish off the balance of the projects and continue to try to have some fun for tomorrow

peace !
