switching shooting hands

How do you do this? I finally found a good tweaked roster but it has Troy Murphy right handed instead of the lefty that he is. I tried editing it in the game but you cant change it. Then I installed this toolkit but I dont know how to use it...Please help some1! Be nice, imma noobie

With the Toolkit, you can just change the player's hand from Right to Left using the drop-down box.

With a DBF editor (such as DB Commander) you can edit the players HAND, 0 for Right, 1 for Left.
