Every team plays run and gun offense!!Can it be edited?

The cpu never uses the shot clock-no matter if you play Dallas(up tempo team) or Utah. I fiddled around with the primacy ratings of the players but it won't help. In the teams.dbf there are many numbers. Does anyone know which one determines the style of play?I would love to see more cpu-teams to really run plays not only pushing up the ball and shoot on the next opportunity. Any suggestions?
