editing speech & arena player names

wassup ??? newbie here...want to know if anyone know how to edit the speech / arena names of rookies patches...i noticed dwayne wade is called number 3 instead of his name....unlike james and anthony??? anyone can teach me here??? or update me a patch for this??? thanks ....
