what wold u guys think about a high school roster. there will be 16 teams

8 to the american side 8 to the internatinal side for the american side
in the american side there will be 8 divisons north east
south east
central
gulf
great plains
mid west
rocky mts
west coast
and for the internatinal side

caribbean
central-south america
east europe
west europe
afica
nothern asia
southern asia
australia-pacific islands
