This game is hopeless

I use the tweaked roster and my franchise is stuffed as soon as generated rookies come in. If I tweak rookies and their stats are messed since they dont have dStats.
Now if i use untweaked roster, i can shoot 80% but cannot stop them from shooting 70% either.
