I'm looking for an editor for live 2003 to edit players.dbf and teams.dbf, one that doesn't involve MS Excel or Access, or DBF Viewer. Does anyone know if it exists? And if it is possible to be made...

It might be possible, as ZipBreak created Live 2003 Tool, a Mega Modifier-like utility that does not require Excel, Access, BDE or anything else. I don't know if there's one available, or if anyone has plans to make one.
