Yes, version 1.04 (unreleased) already has the updated All-Star teams.

That point's not a rule as such, more my preference and a reminder that since I created this section with the intention of reading any and all posts, everything would get attention. It's not like the Forum Rules themselves, it's a polite request rather than a rule.

But most importantly, yes, there will be 2003 All-Star teams in the next version of the rosters.
