I need you for this :
I've donwloaded the roster of Andrew (the 3v101 zip file), it's untweak:

I need to modify the players.dbf (can't do this by myself!) :

Multiply the FG rating by 0.89
Decrease the 3point rating by 3
Multiply The DUNK rating by 0.88
Multiply The JUMP rating by 0.86
Multiply The QUICKNESS by 0.94
Multiply the SPEED by 0.88

Please, can a good soul help me ?
I really want to play.

Done. check your mail. I also included my own super-tweaked roster for superstar, 8-min, simulation...which I'm getting really good results on.
