Patch........can't update game...link does nothing

I followed the instructs on the main page. I clicked on the "check for update" green bar on the page and nothing happens. It says that there is an error on page at the bottom of my tool bar. When I tried to click on in in a new window....it says that page can not be viewed.

What's going on?

Does anyone have the patch available on an ftp yet?
Doesn't EA have an FTP?

Try enabling activex in your security setting for internet explorer.

Make sure you have Active X enabled, and you have installed the component that the webpage should prompt you to install. I was having the same problem until I waited for the dialog box that asks to install the appropriate component.

You are probley using netscap try using Internet explorer

happens to me with Internet Explorer as well.

I had to keep trying for 4 days before it updated last night
