SOme rookies shoes and heads are messed up...

Some rooks have this, and some don't. Their heads can lok really messed up, and sometimes their shoes are all black. Has anyone had this problem? Or know how to fix it?

i had the same thing with created players, if i set the player detail to high, in the details settings, maybe that should help if you set the player detail to high or maximum.

THat helped with the heads, but the shoes are still messed up. Does anyone know how to fix it???
