i installed the new all-star 2004 uniforms but when i play the game players are wearing their own teams jersey's can anyone help pls thnks

You'll need to edit the players on the All-Star team so that their ORIGTEAM value is set to the East or West All-Stars. Search the NBA Live 2003 forums, detailed instructions were posted a while back.
