How to make a player have 100% scoring shots?

Hi, I'm using the toolkit for ms access 2000, how do i make it so taht a player can score every single shot no matter where he is? ANd how can I make him run super fast?

i dont know but its imposible but of course u can set it so he makes most of his shots.... set his fg ratings to 99
