going to do some tweaking, need suggestions....

i am going to do some tweaking w/ the megamodifier thanks to jonathan

i know i will lower, fg's, dunking, blocking, and speed, but how much?

i played some tweaks where quickness was so low that players couldnt freestyle w/ out losing the ball
