I dont have ms access and I was looking online and 97 is still around 100 bucks. I just want to play franchise with tweaked rosters, are there any editors out there for global editing? thanks

there are a lot of tweak rosters available. Just download one that suites your appetite.

what I mean is that after my first year in a franchise the rookies coming in will have Higher ratings so I will have to tweak them myself, I guess I'll have to learn how to play with the orginal rosters
