Stop complaining so much...

Why is everyone complaining about live 2003 so much? This is the first year with the new engine, animations, Freestyle etc... It will get much better! So many are already working on making it more realistic... How many of us would have complained(again), if they had said "Let's delay the PC version another year to make... it perfect?" Even with it's flaws and annoying features, it is still vey fun to play. They have fixed some problems, and still have many more to work on, but like Madden got better every year after the initial next gen version(2001), so will Live. I am sure next year's edition will fix several problems as the progress to an even more realistic edition. Until then, edit the game if you are annoyed with the game play(I am trying to figure out how to edit the rookie creation in franchise, so some of these excellent tweaked rosters can be frachiseable(is that a word?)), if not someone will release something you can Live with, and enjoy the fact that it doesn't suck ass like 2001, or be non existent like 2002! Oh, and I am the the best, whenever someone starts a good league, count the Nets in!!!!!!!

You also neglected to mention that the following year when they fix some problems, new ones always arise because for some reason they like to screw things up that didn't need to be messed around with to begin with.

now we are complaining about things that they havent messed up yet, for things that were all right in the first place... in a version of NBA Live that hasnt even been released....

they JUST reverted the rebounding in the game back to the way it was BEFORE they messed it up in the first place!..i feel they go in circles!

I certainly hope so! But...they´ve let us down SO MANY TIMES now. I keep hoping every time but they always have some truly annoying problems that ruin much of the gameplay for me. It is, of course, a great game anyways, but I always feel that it could have been a lot better. Except for the AI there are two things that really bug me, that can´t be too difficult to fix.

1. The navigation...it looks great, but it´s so terribly ineffective. Do they even know that a mouse usually have at least two buttons?!

2. Franchise mode...it was great when they first implemented it, and we all thought; "hey, nice idea! I´d like to see what additions they´ll have next year!!" But that´s where it stopped. It seems they forgot all about it. You can´t even watch box scores from simmed or CPU-games. They could really learn A LOT from EIDOS Championship Manager. I´m not saying that they should have the incredibly detailed control that you have in that game, but somewhere in the middle would be very nice.

If no game was released, people would complain. Game is released, people complain. Just ignore this section if you don't want to read people complaining about the game, that's why I made it.

I can't stand it when people complain about someone who wants to complain about the fact that there needs to be a whole section for people who want to complain. I mean, this whole thread started because someone wanted to complain about how others complain too much. I just wish it would stop! Don't you know how annoying it is to read someone's bitchy comments? I hate it, it sucks!!!

darn right about that. and i guess this gripes section is to address the issue on freedom of expression which is time and again, abused and misconceptualized by many.

but then again, we have to respect other's opinion...
