Please......help me slow down the gameplay!

I have tried some diff rosters.....but the game play is still way too fast for me to follow.

Can someone please recommend a roster set that has the gameplay slowed down noticeably?

If you still think the gameplay is too fast even after the tweaked rosters then the only thing i can suggest is to get some glasses.

Well putting it in arcade is supposed to slow it down
