NBA Live 2003 PC Patch Info

We are currently investigating solutions for the following three issues with NBA Live 2003 PC:

1) Slow frame rates under Windows 98 and Windows ME with USB devices

2) Loss of Controller issues with Microsoft Sidewinder Gameport Controller

3) Skipping of Quarter Breaks when pressing ESC in the Pause Menu

If you experience any of the three issues mentioned above and would like to test a possible patch, please send an Email to nbalive2003pcpatch@ea.com with the following information:

- Your Full Name
- Your valid Email address
- Language of the NBA Live 2003 PC Version that you are using
- Description of the issue you are experiencing
- Full DXDiag Report (to obtain a full DXDiag Report, click Start, then select Run and enter "dxdiag" [without the quotes] into the dialog box. Wait until DXDiag has fully loaded, click on "Save All Information" and save the Report to your desktop. Then attach the Report to the Email)

Once we receive your Email, we will reply with further instructions. Please note that we cannot guarantee a response to all participants. Also, please note that all Emails sent to this address that do not pertain to any of the three issues mentioned above will be ignored.

The NBA Live 2003 PC Patch will be made publically available via the in-game patching mechanism (available through the NBA Live 2003 Start Menu group) within the next two weeks and address all three issues mentioned above.
