The New Patch

I tried in vain to use the new patch. I like to play CPU vs. CPU and was hoping that the feature of going from quarter to quarter without clicking would be fanatstic. It did not work. In addition, the game ran so poorly; almost in frames. I am hoping that maybe I did something wrong in the installation.
