How to put player folder in xplayer folder?

How do I put a player's folder-cyberface in C:\...\EA Sports\NBA Live 2003\render\xplayer? There is an xplayer.viv file that I have no clue how to open. Please help.

you don't have to open it!!! you have to create a NEW "xplayer" folder and put the cyberface folders there. 
and offcourse you have to enable customart too, go to your main NBA Live folder > main >scripts > and open in notepad the file "xstartup" scroll to the bottom and change the number 0 to 1, than save it
