Announcement regarding the next version of the roster update

No, it's not going to be the last update. 
The next version of the roster update will use a Windows installation routine, rather than an MS-DOS batch file. This should mean less hassle for Windows XP users. 
You'll still have to install the files to the correct folder though, so when the next roster update is released read the instructions carefully.
