How you have done the skills of the players? Did You have look at statistics of each player?

I updated Dstats for almost every player (players who had poor seasons due to injury or did not play during the 2002/2003 season do not have 2002/2003 statistics as their Dstats). I also updated some player ratings in v1.10, and will do so again in v1.11.

I look at college or foreign league statistics and scouting reports, then assign appropriate ratings.
