a skin patch

ok this request is a lil different is there anyway someone can make a skin patch to not so much update but to allow ppl to modify or add accessories to the skin eg tattooz and such wif out really havin to tamper wif .dbf and why not a better hair and facial hair patch wif more realistic styles e.g 1 suggestion the craig david goatee.

also add on to this request why not better tattoos the ea 1's r ok but could be better i could design up a few tats and someone could put the patch together is an idea
