shorts texture from MajorPain and Heiks

in this patch:

- Cyberface
- New T-MACII shoes(4 colorways)
- Practice gear (3 types with a new body texture)
- custom socks (he won't wear socks with practice gear)
- new updated bands
- All necessary files for street-mod
