how do you create a user profile in NBA live 2003 PC version

i lost my manual, and i've looked everywhere in game, can someone help me out?

Know the screen where you can select your keyboard etc. Well there is written Keyboard 1 rite..well click that button...it should open up a thing. There is a field where u can enter the profile name well enter a profile name, press enter. Then, configure your settings and click apply . The profile is created and selected. But you gotta reselect it b4 every game. If you want a screen where you gotta click etc gimme your email adress or msn adress and ill send you the screens
