Help! NBA Live can't load...

My NBA Live get stucked on the intro screen....i uninstalled the game & re-installed it but the same thing happens... what seems to be the prob?

theres seems to have a problem with your patches.. wat screen anyway? loading? try to remove first your patches then try loading it..

I had the same problem after installing different patches for jersey and courts! But after reinstalling the game i got it running again! So you should not only uninstall but also delete also all remaining files on your pc!

I did what u told me.......but nothing changed...it again stuck at the loading screen (in the logo screen) and it says "Program error"...

Did you remove all files that were not deleted automatically during the uninstallation process?

try cleaning the cd good. i reinstalled my madden and it froze during the loading screen always at the same point. i cleaned it a few times but didn't work. then i used ronsonol lighter fluid for cig lighters to clean it and it installed with no problems. the disk apparently can pick up light oil or thin particles that get n the way. give it a try if nothing else works.

THnX 4 the reply Mr. Andrew... Yup I removed all the files after uninstall..I delete that EA Sports Folder... I re-install it from my hard drive not in the CD...(Thanx "jwin" 4 d reply)
It's the biggest problem i'm afraid to encounter again and its happening again...i don't wanna reformat my hard drive again...

If you've removed everything and you're still getting errors, I'm not sure what else to suggest. Perhaps a physical error with your CD, though if that were the case, you probably wouldn't even be able to re-install the game.
Do not format your hard drive at this point! There should be a much easier solution, one that does not cause you the hassle of reinstalling everything. I suggest you check out EA's tech support website, perhaps email them if necessary (I believe they have a contact form there), if you can't get Live to work through anything anyone here can suggest.

Make sure that you have the C:/My Documents/NBA Live 2003 folder, if you have two or more harddrives it will try to find the My Documents folder and if its not there you should put the NBA Live 2003 (save files) folder to C:/. This same thing happened to me before.

Thanx ericem...finally i figure it out that it's the corrupt database in C:/My Documents/NBA Live 2003 folder...i empty the folder and reinstalled the game and it's running now...
