freethrows on the gamepad

Shooting FT's on the pad is completely different than on the keyboard! It feels like the t metre stops a second b4 or after you press the button compared to the keyboard.

Anyone else notice this or have any hints (i don't think its lagging or chunking out anything like that)

I've always found shooting free throws to be easier with a gamepad, though I have noticed that sometimes you have to press the button earlier than expected. Whether this is just a figment of our imaginations or a universal problem using gamepads, I'm not sure. But it does seem to be the case, sometimes.

With my Sidewinder, it has to be much earlier than expected.

yeah ive found that you have to press the pad a lot earlier than the keyboard.

I play with the ´Trustmaster Fusion' and I also have to press the button somehow earlier!

i think thats just because the button commands on the controller take a long time to get to the game than keyboard. More direct to the game i guess..
